Horizontal Pressure Vessels

Structural features

Usually a horizontal cylindrical shape, generally using a saddle support. The connection between the saddle support and the base can be divided into fixed and sliding types. The sliding type can reduce the thermal stress of the equipment. Different internal components can be set according to needs.

Advantages

①Good stability: Horizontal placement makes the center of gravity of the container lower, and it has better stability during storage and transportation, and is not easy to tip over. It is especially suitable for storing high liquid levels or easy-to-flow liquids.

②Easy to install: The installation height of the horizontal container is low, the installation process is relatively simple, the space requirement for the installation site is relatively small, and it is easy to maintain and overhaul.

③Easy to operate: It has advantages in operation, such as the installation and operation of equipment such as level gauges and inlet and outlet valves are easier to approach and carry out, which is convenient for daily inspection, maintenance and management.

Vertical Cylindrical Pressure Vessels

Structural features

It is an upright cylindrical container, consisting of a cylindrical body and upper and lower heads. Cone roof storage tank: suitable for storing some liquid products with high drainage requirements, such as liquids containing a small amount of water or impurities

Floating roof storage tank: storage of oil products such as crude oil, etc., whose quality is not greatly affected by rainwater and other impurities

Internal floating roof storage tank: the internal part of the external vault is a floating roof, and the floating roof material is steel and aluminum. It is mainly used to store volatile finished oil, such as aviation kerosene, gasoline, etc.
